According to the New York Times, the United States has suspended the training of 300 Saudi military aviation students following an incident where a trainee airmen ran amok at a US navy base killing and wounding several people:

However as far as we are aware training of Saudi personnel some of whom also utilise the facility at Ronaldsway (Civil Airport) in Mann continues.
