As expected Clare Barber MHKs attempt to shed some light on what value the Isle of Man gets from entertaining the use of the Islands civil airport by Saudi war criminals training at RAF Valley fell on stony ground when aired in the Keys earlier.
Our Chief Minister and his Infrastructure sidekick Ray Harmer MHK are like those two intrepid ‘Rover’ heroes of my youth ‘Matt Braddock and George Bourne’ defending the RAFs tarnished honour with Clare Barber cast as the evil villain of the piece.
However the real villain is the Isle of Man government which provides facility here for the RAF to continue its training of aircrew from despotic regimes that go on to maim and kill innocent men, women and children.
