An “Irish Day of Solidarity with Julian Assange” will see a whole series of activities from Derry to Kerry in support of the imprisoned Australian journalist and publisher. It is organised by Free Assange Ireland in cooperation with other campaign groups and organisations for peace and justice.

The Peoples Movement have staged regular protests outside the Dáil or the EU Parliament offices, protesting EU militarisation, the pending creation of an EU Army and calling for Ireland’s withdrawal from PESCO, and they intend to recommence their protests, on the second Wednesday in November: the 10th. https://www.people.ie/news/PN-234.pdf
