‘Now You See It Now You Don’t’!

NEWS FROM THE CELTIC LEAGUE

All strangely quiet at the Lubyanka (aka The Isle of Man Central Police HQ) following yesterdays ‘now you see it now you don’t’ social media posting by a Specials Chief Officer bemoaning staffing levels within ‘the farce’.

Not even a media outing for the redoubtable Inspector Flint who usually plays the ‘Jack Vincennes’ (LA Confidential) media role for the boys in blue!

Celtic League hope the errant state security official won’t get ‘the Stalin treatment’.

Stalin famously dispatched critics, or those who were not critics but whom he imagined were. Thereafter their images were air brushed from the record.

The most famous victim was one of his top policemen Nikolai Yezhov seen strolling with the ‘great man’ along the riverside only in later images to mysteriously disappear (see pics)’

Of course it’s much easier these days with ‘photoshop’.

Anyway hope all is well and a simple stint of filing and paperwork will suffice and not ‘the Stalin treatment’!
