The Secretary of An Conradh Ceilteach (the Irish branch of the Celtic League), Caoimhín Ó Cadhla was on Irish TV news this afternoon commenting on the forthcoming NATO exercise and the danger it poses to fishermen.

The League has been monitoring the build up of activity ahead of the exercise due to start on Monday and run for ten days.

The news item on the Irish language bulletin Nuacht on RTE 1 included footage of NATO exercise and fishing craft.

The Irish TV channel TG4 will also broadcast the interview with Caoimhín in its early evening main news bulletin at 7:00pm this evening.
