Mark Kermode Chairman of Mec Vannin will make an opening address in (Manx and English) which he will convey a hard hitting appraisal to the performance of the Manx government over the past twelve months.

The Manx oration will follow with this year’s speaker Cesar Joughin and the final (English) oration will be by Alistair Kneale.
