This video clip brings together some footage in the other clips but with additional material including what the presenter describes as ‘confidential discussions’ between KPMG and the Canadian Department of Justice in the hope of ‘settling the matter quietly out of Court’.
But if the Canadians ‘cut a deal’ should the matter be allowed to rest there!
If the CRA thinks it has a case should the Department of Justice be able to sideline the justice system to save a few corporate blushes?
