Submarine Problem Prompts Renewed Media Interest
NEWS FROM THE CELTIC LEAGUE
This month’s admission by the UK government that one of its submarines snagged the MFV Karen from Co Down has certainly stirred media interest with articles and coverage in the Irish media (link to examples below):

However our revelations of continuing submarine exercise activity in the sea fishery areas of North Donegal has also caused concern and we have written to the MOD asking about alleged infringements of the RN Code in that area.
Earlier this week Cathal O Luain, the Celtic League General Council Convenor gave a lengthy interview to Raidió na Gaeltachta about the recent problems and also provided background on the Celtic League’s lengthy campaign work over the years (link below):
